Renovation project:
This renovation project started with a simple fixture installation. Then through a turn of events, it ballooned into a complete renovation from a new poured cement floor in the basement to new shingles on the roof. A more complete description of each aspect of this project is included under each picture. This project allowed me to personally design and modify this Victorian style farm house which started with a hand pump for the kitchen sink and a crank phone on the wall, to a house with standard modern conveniences’. The first floor has kept the charm of the old Victorian look, while the second floor has been brought from an attic space to an open concept entertainment area complete with speaker wiring within the walls for surround sound and added insulation between floors and within all internal walls for soundproofing.
